Giovanni's most loyal Admin and the Interim Boss of Team Rocket. Archer is level-headed, cunning, and fears almost nothing. Despite how young he is, Giovanni trusts no one more. And he knows that Archer will do anything, and everything, he can to make sure than Team Rocket succeeds. Archer's word is law to everyone expect Giovanni himself. Even then his input is always greatly appreciated.As strong a battler as he is intelligent, Archer has a sharp eye for those who show any initial glimmer of real talent and motivation, and tends to send word to the other admins, and even occasionally to the big boss himself, about grunts that he thinks will go far. On more than one occasion he's even personally recruited and trained grunts that grew to be some of the elite in the organization.Though none yet have been exactly what they need to make that big push to take their plans to the next level.He hopes, that with Lucky's recruitment that that might change however. Archer knows there's something special there. And he's keeping an extra close eye on the man.
Ariana is Silver's mother and Giovanni's Ex Partner. She's still rather bitter about the break up and loss of access to the perks that came with it. She never really wanted to be a mother, but thought that a baby might secure her a permanent place in Giovanni's good graces. Much to her surprise? It didn't. Ariana tends to be rather neglectful of Silver if she's ever in charge of him, which she rarely is, pawning her son off onto one babysitter or another without really a care of what happens to him during those times.As a boss she's ruthless, stubborn and manipulative, doing anything and everything she can to make sure things go her way no matter the consequences. She was once an Interim Boss alongside Archer, but Giovanni has long thought about further demoting her due to her treatment of some of the other Team Rocket Members. Firing her is sadly out of the question due to some of the things she knows about the organization, and Giovanni knows she's nowhere near above spilling all their secrets to get revenge for the slight.Lingering feelings aside, Ariana does still believe that what Team Rocket is doing will change Kanto, and eventually the whole world, for the better. And as long as she's still at the top when the time comes? Well. Nothing else really matters.
Admin for the Rocket Base near Cerulean City. Petrel is a clever, quick thinking, master of disguise. Though he's perhaps a bit too laid back when he needs to be a bit more serious. He doesn't necessarily love the responsibilities handed to him, and sometimes is a little harder on the grunts beneath him than he means to be, but this is never met without an acknowledgement of his faults, and apologies where apologies are needed.Since Lance's hostile take over, he feels like no one thinks for themselves any more, and no one has the common sense to realize that they're all being brain washed and manipulated. Their rights are violated and they are bled dry their resources more and more each day. Not to mention that the growing hypocrisy in the region has really rubbed him the wrong way.He's sick and damn tired of being further and further quashed under the restrictive weight of Lance's government.So while he'd really prefer to kick back, relax, and just enjoy his time on earth, he knows there's work to be done. And Arceus willing... this is sadly, at least partly, his circus, his mankeys. If there's no one else willing to put in the time, he supposes he'll have to do for now.
He's known as the cruelest member of Team Rocket... but to be honest he's really not sure where that even came from. He's never done anything particularly egregious that he can think of. But appearances have to be kept up with he supposes. And it does make people take him more seriously. Though it still gives his boss a good chuckle here and there.The youngest of the Team Rocket Admins, Proton was born to a fairly affluent family... that paid him about as much mind as the change of seasons. A cursory glance, a comment on what he was wearing, but no real care. And the more independent Proton became, the less they seemed to notice.Every once in a while he wonders if they ever even cared that he left, running away the night he turned sixteen. But anymore it's barely a passing thought.They say that blood is thicker than water, but Proton would have to heartily disagree. Because he has a new home. One that actually cares about him, and gives him purpose. Devoted to his core, Proton would do anything to protect his home, and the man who gave it to him.

Not always the brightest crayon in the box, but she makes up for it in so many other ways. Mainly in giving Lucky a run for his money during battles. She knows she'll never beat him, but she can at least surprise and learn from him each time.She loves her friends deeply and is fiercely loyal to those who show her they really care and can be trust. Warm and Charismatic, friends of her friends often become her own in due time.Outside of pokemon battles, she's also especially interested in baking. There's always fresh bread to be had with her around and her arms are rock solid from all of the kneading she does.
Gets away with more dress code violation than she has any right to just because she's so good at her job. Her main task is resurrecting fossil, though she's got her hands in a lot of other pies as well on the day to day.Her true love, however, will always be studying pokemon fossils and making them better and better with each resurrection. She's been begging Giovanni for years for a bit more time and funding to research purer forms of the pokemon than they've been able to bring back so far. She knows she can make them far more efficient with a few adjustments to the current technology. Groudon and Kyogre have primal forms. Surely some fossils might as well!And oh what power they might hold!
